CALL FOR ZOMBIES!

Call for Zombies in Los Angeles-
American Zombie

Recall this. Well, American Zombie--a USA/Korean production-- is about to start shooting and they're in need of extras. And ZAGG's got the scoop:
We are in need of extras for our film American Zombie. If you or any of your friends, family and acquaintances would like to participate, please help spread the word!
There are some very fun spots in the film that need to be filled. For example: a dead couple, park volunteers, protestors, zombies and many more.
The shooting days are between April 11th and May 6th. Unfortunately it is unpaid, but food and good times will be had by all.
If you, or anyone you know are interested please contact me, the extras coordinator Conall Jones as soon as possible at zombieextras@gmail.com or call 323-467-8565.
From Variety:
Korea's iHQ has greenlit its first English-lingo pic, "American Zombie," which will be directed by Korean-American helmer Grace Lee ("The Grace Lee Project.")

One of Korea's leading production houses and a top talent agency, shingleshingle is coy about where on the scale between fiction and documentary "Zombie" lies. Pic documents the daily lives of a small community of the living deceased who make their home in Los Angeles.

"Zombie" lenses in Hollywood in April and will be produced by Lee Lee Films, headed by Lee In-Ah. His credits include Wim Wenders' "Don't Come Knocking" and "Land of Plenty."

Prodco is gearing up to develop a slate of English-language films.

"Thanks to the Korean wave, Korean films are able to expand their market further within Asia. It's now high time to go beyond that market," said iHQ prexyprexy Teddy Jung Hoon-tack. "One way to do this is to produce films in English for a broader audience. No project is better than 'American Zombie' to help lead the way."

Outfit is in Berlin with "Daisy," an Amsterdam-set thriller helmed by "Infernal Affairs""Infernal Affairs" co-director Andrew Lau.
