Hey ZAGG, nice blog. Hope things are well. To answer your question, my favorite zombie flick is the original Return of the Living Dead. It blew me away as a kid when I saw this at the theatre. The film was both hilarious and frightening at the same time. The zombies were terrifying, but the comedic timing of the movie was perfect. The zombies were smart, fast, and unstoppable. It upped the ante a 100 times over what Romero had created and the level of threat from those zombies I don’t think has ever been matched again. Also, it was the first film that I saw that was based in my home state, which was really cool. That movie really hooked me and I’m still a fan today because of it.

definitely the original RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD. for some reason, it's just got a great blend of humor and creep that you hardly ever see pulled off so successfully in other movies. i love the characters and the way they talk, it's hard for me to explain. plus, it has linnea quigley, a classic scream queen for sure.

heh.. Actually mine is the Original Dawn of the Dead. There's just something about Flyboy as a zombie that can make me smile. :D
